Our Fish Story

We are ambitious entrepreneurs, committed to tackling poverty through HEALTHY FAMILIES, and employment.  We are a Christian Blended Family with a very large and strong social community we give back to the community here locally and globally.

 

About this project

After 18 weeks of testing and serving J HOT FISH this past spring 2014 here in Columbus, Ohio the demand continues to grow! We are expecting and excited to grow J-HOT FISH into Olde Towne East then additional days, late nights and neighborhoods.

We believe the most efficient way to do this is with The Columbus Food Hub while growing  and learning then purchasing a mobile kitchen.

 

Early Fishing Trips

It all started in 2004, when Tia and KC held our first annual FISH FRY "fun in the sun FAMILY DAY" in Lewis Center, OHIO. Both Tia and KC simply wanted to share a special day of fun in the sun while KC decided to fry some fish! TIA (came into the kitchen) and perfected the special blend that we now enjoy.10 years later - after successful FISH FRY(s) and RAVING REVIEWS!WE begin 18 weeks of testing - early spring 2014.

During the testing - we quickly discovered that Central OHIO has steadily grown to becoming a "mobile FOOD truck CITY" - with only a handful of FRIED FISH!

 

Our Vision

We will become purveyors of fried fish in Central Ohio.  Our focus is our customers, community and our employees. We will always seek growth through innovation and efficiency.
